Very bad experience. Unfair billing and no support.
I had a very bad experience with this Facebook Pixels & CAPI app. I uninstalled the app before the free trial ended, and I never used the app at all because it does not work in my region.
Despite this, the app still tried to charge me a subscription fee, which is completely unfair. I did not receive any value or service from this app.
The biggest problem is that there is no clear or easy way to contact support, which makes the situation even worse. Charging users after uninstalling during a free trial is unacceptable.
I am requesting that the developer contact me immediately to resolve this issue and stop any billing. Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.
