We were onboarded through a credit line proposed by Daniel, the founder of Trustshop, and right from the start, the onboarding and message delivery execution was handled really well. For users familiar with Shopify Flow and Meta Business Suite, setting up triggers, message templates, and automation flows is relatively straightforward.
What truly stood out was Daniel's personal involvement and commitment. He followed up proactively and extended support even during late-night hours to ensure we were set up successfully. That level of dedication is rare and genuinely appreciated.
