Thank you for this feedback. We'd like to understand what's causing confusion so we can help. Are customers unclear about the multi-merchant checkout experience, or is your team having trouble managing the orders?

A few things that might help: "Sold by" badges now appear on product pages to show when products come from other merchants, and you can see which merchant fulfilled each order in your order details to help route customer questions.
