STAY AWAY!!!! Numeral is the most irresponsible and misleading service I have ever paid for.

I paid for twelve months believing my registrations were handled and my tax liabilities were being managed. That is the entire reason you hire a company like this. Instead I was left exposed. Key registrations were not completed, my compliance status was not what I was led to believe, and I received no clear notification that anything was incomplete. No proactive outreach. No urgent warning. No accountability. Just silence while the subscription kept billing.

This is not a minor inconvenience. This is the kind of failure that can create real penalties and real risk for a business. If your business depends on staying compliant, you cannot afford a vendor that takes your money and then leaves you to discover gaps on your own.

Numeral did not deliver the core service I paid for, and the lack of communication makes it worse. I asked for escalation and a refund because I should not be paying for months of coverage that did not actually exist. Avoid this company unless you want to babysit your compliance and double check everything yourself.
