We've been using Numeral for several years now, and it's been great. Sales tax is one of those things you don't want to think about until things go wrong…. and with Numeral, it's just been consistently accurate across filings and 30+ states
The support has been helpful and thats the one thing they do supremely well - having someone side by side to guide you along the way. Not only do they deal with all the mail, whenever we've had questions, their team has been extremely responsive and actually try to help…. not just pointing to docs, but making sure things are handled correctly. We've used a number of other solutions in the past and Numeral does extremely well with guided support
Numeral has been very reliable for us and I'd recommend them to other brands who need sales tax automation
