La mia esperienza con Kuba è assolutamente positiva. Inizialmente integrato per via di problemi con i tracking dei corrieri, è diventato uno strumento fondamentale per customer service e feedback. Grazie a Kuba infatti abbiamo ricevuto oltre 1000 recensioni positive in un anno semplicemente con un messaggio che arriva automaticamente dopo la consegna del pacco al cliente.
