Very nice app, installing is not as easy, you need a phone number which in our case took more than a week, but after that it actually calls and convinces the customer to finish their cart. Hope they can make more use cases
Thanks for the honest feedback. You are right. The phone number requirement can be a bottleneck, especially when verification or provisioning takes longer than it should. That friction is real, and it is something we are actively working to reduce because it should never delay value by a week.
Once the number is live, the system doing what it is supposed to do is the most important part. Calling customers, sounding natural, and actually convincing them to complete their purchase is the core of LoopVoice.ai. If that part works, then the foundation is solid.
Expanding use cases is already on the roadmap. Abandoned carts are just the starting point. Follow-ups, win-back flows, post-purchase upsells, and customer service use cases are all areas we are actively building toward.
