They make a lot of promises, but they folded up like an accordion on the execution of my feed syncs. Poor communication is another big issue. Be prepared to wait hours and even days for a response. Wasted a lot of time with these people.

EDIT: After firing them and leaving this review, Rahul and Hebin reached out and apologized for the poor service and slow response times. After contemplating on working with them again, I gave them a second shot at making things right and figuring out a solution for my problem. After several days of back and forths, they were not able for do what they claimed they could do. And they basically told me I needed a 3rd party developer to step in and help with the inventory sync. Another few days wasted with my shop being offline. They might be ok for a single source inventory feed with a few dozen products, but anything over that, they are completely over their heads.

During part of the support period, key team members were unexpectedly off sick. To ensure continuity, your queries were handled by a senior team member in a different time zone, which unfortunately affected response times.

Many of the requests raised related to store setup and custom configuration rather than the inventory sync itself. As discussed over email, we deliberately avoid advising on areas outside our expertise to prevent incorrect guidance.

It’s also important to note that the inventory sync worked correctly for products that were set up in line with the app’s requirements. The sync engine itself was not failing.

For context, our app is successfully used by stores managing well over 200,000 products across multiple feeds. It is not limited to small catalogs, and this feedback does not reflect the broader customer experience.

We regret that this engagement did not lead to a positive outcome for your store, but we stand by the capabilities of the product and our commitment to being transparent and professional.
