To sync eBay and Shopify with this app, you must first delete all eBay listings. This includes listings marked as Sold on eBay, which is a complete flaw in the app. For the same functionality, QuickSync is clearly superior. This app is extremely disappointing—it never worked properly, and I lost $40.

Our app does not require deleting eBay listings, including Sold listings, to sync with Shopify. This has never been part of the app’s functionality or setup process.
We reached out by email to clarify this but did not receive a response. The app can sync existing eBay listings without removal, and our support team is available to help ensure a correct setup.
