Not reliable. Seems to fail when we need it the most. Would not recommend. Always a "server error" on their end when something goes wrong. Actively looking for a replacement.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced in the past. The server-related issue you mentioned occurred a long time ago during our migration, and we’ve since worked extensively to improve and stabilize syncX: Fulfill Tracking.

That problem has been fully resolved on our end. We’ve upgraded our infrastructure, doubled server capacity, and continued to enhance performance to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.
