I think the support team is very fast with their responses and overall support. I spoke with Daisy, and she was extremely quick in providing a solution. They resolve my problem within 10 mins of time.

One suggestion I would like to share is that along with percentages, you could also introduce a points-based option -for example, 1 point for every ₹1 spent. That said, whatever you currently offer in the free subscription is already very good for small companies that are just getting started.
