Edit - I'm happy to report that MyWorks has now been responsive to my request for help. Not everything is working as desired, but they appear to be reengaged in determining how to fix the issues.
MyWorks does save us time by syncing data between our Shopify store and QBO. However, it's now costing me hours of additional time required to edit QBO payments when MyWorks resyncs orders to QBO when we fulfill them within Shopify. Specifically, MyWorks resync is deducting the card processing fee from the payment amount when it sends the information to QBO again. These invoices were previously synced as paid in full in QBO and now show due for the amount of the processing fee. I've asked multiple times over the past week for help on this issue as the number of invoices affected has increased, with no response.
