PrintUnite: Tshirt Designer

App looked like it was exactly what we were looking for. Installed the app and had it ready to go; when we made it live there was an issue with the way it was viewed by the customer (it was oversized on both desktop and mobile, and many of the buttons were off screen). We reached out via chat (a total of 3x) and submitted a support ticket. It has been over 24 hours without a response. It is too bad, we finally thought we had the perfect app but without support, it is worthless to us.
