Octolize Distance Based Rates

I recently integrated the Octolize Distance Rates app on our store, countrygardens.co.uk to enable us to do local deliveries with set rules - 20 miles for £10 and 50 miles for £30. I found the app and rules easy to install and configure. I used Woo Distance Rate Shipping on our old platform and Octolize was more straight forward. Above this, immediately after downloading the app, I was invited to Zoom meeting with a member of their team, Tomak, for the next morning. He was fantastic and went through everything I had set up and made sure it was all working properly. I also had a follow up email from Tomak after a few days to see if it was running OK. I cannot fault the customer service. Thank you
