Primy‑ AI Contact Form Builder

I was online all day with Shopify trying to fix several issues on a new third party theme, one being a problem with a built-in contact form that I was told could not be deleted. Captcha was not working on it and I was being inundated with hundreds of bot emails. I had installed Primy earlier that day and after being told over and over by Shopify that the old contact form could not be deleted, only hidden, I could not accept that as an answer.
