Very easy to set up but even on the pro app there are glaring omissions to what is possible.
Cancelling out a table due to a walk-in - not possible without taking several details from the walk in customer
Staggering table times - a customer can't book any table at 7.30pm if you accept hour long sittings at 7pm.
Payments not possible via POS - online only.
Messaging cannot answer many questions - 1 out of 5 queries were unanswered.
Cannot extend calendar dates
No reply from developer to any questions one week later

We appreciate it, especially since it helped us improve the app. In fact, following your suggestion about walk-ins, we’ve added the ability to quickly enable/disable tables directly from the live reservation status page by clicking on a table (no walk-in details required).
That said, we just want to point out that we did respond to the emails we received from you (on Feb 27th and today), and they may not have come through on your end.
