honestly this app surprised me. Keyboard navigation and screen reader checks were better than our old solution. The statement generator is super helpful when clients ask. I did notice some wording errors in reports and one setting didnt save first time. Minor things. Overall feels reliable and not too complex to manage, even for non tech people like me.
