Simple Alerts for Shopify has been an absolute game-changer for my store. The app works exactly how you’d hope — clean, reliable, and super easy to set up — but what really makes it stand out is the team behind it. They respond crazy fast, they’re genuinely helpful, and their customer service is 1000% top-tier.

Any time I’ve reached out, they handled everything immediately, clearly, and with a great attitude. On top of that, I shared a feature suggestion and they didn’t just “take note” — they actually moved on it right away and got it scheduled for the next update super quickly. Also: even if the price seems a little pricey at first, I can honestly say it’s worth it. If you’re planning to sell online seriously — especially if you’re working with a streamer — this app will pay for itself. Having real-time alerts and clean notifications makes a big difference for conversions and hype.

They also have really solid, self-explanatory help/docs, so you can get a lot done without needing support… but if you do have questions, they respond super quick and help you out the right way (not generic copy/paste answers). One more tip: read through what each plan includes. There was a feature I wanted and I had to bump up to the second plan — and it was a total no-brainer because the app is that good.
