App is having issues with pushing new collections. Their support chat button does not work. Their onboarding team cancels their meetings at the last min. I am paying a good amount of money for an app that seems to be hardly functioning and has no support.

Regarding the onboarding meeting, it unfortunately had to be rescheduled due to an emergency conflict on our side. A rebooking link was sent so we could find a new time as quickly as possible, but I completely understand how last-minute changes can be frustrating especially with a limited time frame due to the timezone difference and I apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
