Does not offer order fulfillment for most vendors. Very deceptive on what's actually available from them. Constant bugs. Thought I was stupid but no the app wasn't working on their back end.

After reviewing your support tickets, our team identified several configuration issues that were preventing parts of the setup from working as expected, including distributor catalog settings and title synchronization. Alexandra from our support team has followed up with you directly and summarized the fixes in the support thread.
To clarify for anyone reading: automated order fulfillment is currently available for some distributors but not yet for WPS or Parts Unlimited. We understand that this could have been clearer in the app interface, and we appreciate the feedback. Improving visibility around distributor capabilities is something we’re actively working on.
Our team has offered to review the store configuration together in a working session to make sure everything is set up correctly and operating as intended.
