The chat function doesn't work (Captcha error message), can't login to our account (password incorrect message despite it being correct), app will not appear on live site despite is showing in Preview, and there's no support to speak to about these issues. Wasted time. The app looked promising but apparently doesn't work. Maybe that's why there's only 4 reviews?
