We recently switched to Shopify. We are a Dutch community center that offers pickup and delivery options. We do not ship products.

This app is fantastic and makes the entire process transparent. We can specify daily pickup and delivery times. We can also make exceptions for certain products with longer delivery and/or production times.

Days we are closed are easy to enter. The delivery area is also easy to define. We use the postal code for this.

We received excellent support from DS Delivery. We wanted changes to the packing slip and invoice. We wanted a different date format, a larger font, and the printing of the customer's note on the packing slip.

This was arranged very quickly. In short, we are very satisfied with this app, which is also affordable for our community center.
