Same as others have reported: Canceled subscription, I'm still getting charged. Can't get a solution.
Shopify still generated a paid invoice.
Developer refuses to void the invoice and wants the charge to go through for a refund. Shopify confirmed developers can reverse pending charges.
Multiple reviews report the same issue.
This is not a glitch. It’s abusive billing behavior.

I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused. I’m Eddie, Head of Support at Atlas, and I take situations like this very seriously.
I completely understand why this felt upsetting, especially if you canceled and were still seeing a charge pending in Shopify. That is not the experience we want anyone to have with Atlas.
I do want to clarify one important part, because we understand this part of the billing process may not have been as clear as it should have been.
Once an app invoice has already been generated through Shopify, we are not able to void or reverse that pending invoice from our side. What we can do, depending on the billing status, is either refund the charge once it goes through or issue app credits to offset the Atlas charge on your Shopify bill.
