Very unreliable app.
The app does not work properly and has caused a lot of frustration. The support experience was even worse – we scheduled three support meetings and the contact person did not show up twice, and the third time they arrived late. On top of that, messages are often left unanswered. Overall, very disappointing support and poor reliability.
