Hey team, completely understand the frustration. Our app had an outage earlier this year. For full transparency, when we bought this app, the previous owner locked us out of many support platforms, and critical app functionality necessary to operate day to day maintanence. Which is why your support tickets went unanswered.
We've since recovered everything, fixed the platform, and made improvements that mean outages like that one can't happen ever again.
