My negative review is based on the fact that I was charged for a monthly subscription even though I removed the app almost immediately and never actually used it.
This is not acceptable from a user perspective.
I would like you to:
1. Cancel any active subscription related to my account immediately
2. Ensure that I will not be charged anything further
3. Remove all my data from your servers
Only after this issue is fully resolved and I receive confirmation that no further charges will occur, I will consider updating my review.
