Our app has been offline for a week. I have sent 4 messages for help and there is no response!
Hey, I'm the new owner of the Quotilio app. My company purchased this app earlier this year and your experience is exactly the kind of situation we've been working to fix.
For full transparency: During the purchase the previous owner left with several access keys, accounts, and support platforms we needed to operate, which locked us out of the email and ticket inboxes for months. That's why your messages went into a void no one was checking. I completely understand the frustration.
We've since recovered everything, fixed the platform, and made improvements that mean outages like that one can't happen the same way again.
