This app is extremely user-unfriendly and provides a terrible user experience. After order volume increased, shipping speed slowed significantly, customer service was sluggish, and order processing times often exceeded ten days, requiring me to repeatedly follow up. A large amount of time and energy was wasted on ineffective communication, making it impossible to focus on running the store and expanding business. This inefficient service severely impacts store operations and is highly discouraged.
