Great customer service!
Hello there!
After checking our records, it looks like the app was installed/uninstalled earlier this month, and then again a couple of weeks after that. On the second install, the free trial had already expired, so it was just a normal subscription. That explains the charge. However, not to worry. We've issued a refund for you just now.
Regarding your second point, the app listing does have a support form on the bottom left of the page. That said, it does seem somewhat hidden. I've submitted feedback to Shopify, to make that button more visible, perhaps by moving it further up on the page.
