Very confusing to using. Was never able to get help connecting my store to my vendor. Emailed them and never got a response. They did charge my account the $99.00 and kept it. I got nothing from them for a $99 fee.

We did attempt to assist multiple times through email, phone support, and scheduled onboarding meetings, including a full walkthrough of the app and help connecting your vendors. We also investigated the support ticket issue you mentioned, but unfortunately were unable to reproduce the problem on our end.
Regarding the $99 charge, the app remains installed and subscribed on the store, which is why billing has continued through Shopify’s subscription system.
Our team is still happy to help get everything configured correctly, including vendor integrations and catalog setup. Please reply to any of our existing support emails and we’ll continue working with you directly.
