I configured the Inflowkit app, but I faced a few issues during setup. I reached out to support, and they initially responded saying they would check, but after that, there was no follow-up. My further questions went unanswered, and I waited 7–8 hours without any response. The next day, the entire chat disappeared, and the issues were still unresolved. Overall, the support experience was very poor.

We were working on your issues the whole time, but with the time difference our responses were too slow and I understand why it felt like we went quiet. We did try to follow up but it seems those messages didn't reach you, likely due to the same browser session issue that caused the chat to disappear on your end.
