Shelly has completely transformed how we handle customer inquiries. The AI chatbot answers product questions instantly, which has freed up so much of our team's time. When I had trouble setting up the FAQ section, Katy from the support team walked me through everything step by step. Highly recommend this app to any Shopify store owner.
