We've been using GFS for our fulfillment operations and it's been a solid part of how we run day-to-day. We process relatively high order volumes, and the reliability has held up consistently — orders process accurately, the data is clean, and we're not spending time chasing down errors or doing manual corrections.

Customer support has been responsive when we've needed them, which isn't something you can take for granted with fulfillment providers. It's reassuring to know there's a real team behind it when something needs attention.

The time savings are real. When fulfillment just works in the background at scale without constant oversight, it frees us up to focus on the business. For any Shopify brand running higher volumes, subscriptions, or multi-channel ops, GFS is worth it.
