The team at ShopXHQ have been brilliant with helping configure up the app for our online store. They have been actively communicating throughout the installation process, assisting with our questions, and it certainly helped with a smooth transition.
The app works really well and it suits our business model of providing the customer a delivery day option with only the shipping option. But we're happy to have the click and collect when that is needed.
We previously used another app which intermittently sent through the delivery information which was super frustration. Switching to this app has reduced this business and customer frustration and works every time. It gives the customer more options to provide information to make sure their delivery requests are met.
