I am not pleased with how this program charged me for yearly payments when I actually signed up for monthly payments. Every other day it is still trying to charge a yearly payment that I don't have...smh.
I am sorry to hear you are having trouble.
It looks like you had originally signed up for/approved the yearly subscription, and then later changed to monthly. That is why Shopify is trying to charge for the yearly subscription.
