Excellent app with truly outstanding support
FileFlare has been a great solution for our digital downloads. The delivery page is clean, secure, and user-friendly (especially with the video instructions we requested).
What really stands out is the support team. They've been extremely responsive and helpful twice now:
- Added the ability to embed videos directly in the delivery page editor when we asked.
- Performed a bulk edit on all our imported historical orders to restrict access and protect our version policy.
They're even working on a longer-term solution for per-order file snapshots. This level of support is rare and very much appreciated.
Highly recommend FileFlare, especially if you value a team that listens and acts.
