Never installed it, they took money from my card. I desinstalled, it still taking money. I have to delete my entire shop to be free from them

To clarify: all app billing is handled directly by Shopify, not by us. We can't subscribe, charge, or unsubscribe anyone ourselves. Only the store owner or a staff member with sufficient permissions can start a subscription, and Shopify requires them to approve the charge first.
We can see the app was installed and active at one point, and the subscription has since ended, so no further charges should occur. This was likely an accidental install. Contact us, and we'll make sure it's fully resolved.
