We have been using Plytix with integrations for multiple Shopify stores and marketplaces and have found it to be a market leading PIM. The features included mean the product data can be managed properly and efficiently.
The controls on the account allow users to focus on their particular area of responsibility without distractions in an intuitive manner. The AI editing tools are very good and add extra efficiency, especially if you have a small team or limited external tools both for images and copy.
The bulk actions tools massively improve efficiency and allow rules to run on any field in the platform meaning tasks we would have previously needed to rely on our development resource or Shopify flows (flows are quite limited) can now be added with minimal technical knowledge.
The support we get from our account manager is also excellent, which is key for any partnership we have.
