We've tried reaching out to provide assistance with the configuration you were struggling with, but we haven't had any luck getting in touch. We also sent emails to the alternative addresses listed on your website, as well as through your contact form, but haven't had the chance to help with this issue yet.

From what I can see in our logs, the app was only installed for a few minutes with no action taken. But no errors seems to were present, so I would assume all it takes is one of our agents to provide assistance. We're happy to help with the setup - please just give us a chance to do so.
