T Lab ‑ AI Language Translate

I have been using this translation app for a couple of years and never had any issue with it. Recently due to some internal changes with how Shopify are storing and displaying the product options values, I had some issues with the translations as some were missing these option values. I reached out online to Sherpas Design Team and they were super efficient in locating the issue and helping me fixing it. I am very happy with the app and service rendered by Stoycho and I definitely recommend this app for other merchants.

I initially had an issue that turned out not to be related to the app itself, yet he still took the time to explain the cause and even identified other issues that were interfering with the app’s performance. I started using this App as my experience with Hextom was bad. Lots of bugs and Lags. This App is affordable, runs fluently and the customer support is very nice. If you have any questions, reach out to them, and they are pretty responsive. Recommend!

I can’t thank the Tlab team enough for their help. After I deleted my translated handles, my website ended up with a mess of 404 errors everywhere. They stepped in and manually re-translated all the handles for me, which was not an easy job. Thanks to their work, everything is back in order and my site is running smoothly again.
