The support team was very helpful and responsive. They clearly explained the limitations and provided an effective workaround for translating blog images using Custom Translations. The app itself is solid, and the support team has been excellent. We had a few minor issues, but everything was handled and resolved very well by the support team.

I have been using this translation app for a couple of years and never had any issue with it. Recently due to some internal changes with how Shopify are storing and displaying the product options values, I had some issues with the translations as some were missing these option values. I reached out online to Sherpas Design Team and they were super efficient in locating the issue and helping me fixing it. I am very happy with the app and service rendered by Stoycho and I definitely recommend this app for other merchants.

I started using this App as my experience with Hextom was bad. Lots of bugs and Lags. This App is affordable, runs fluently and the customer support is very nice. If you have any questions, reach out to them, and they are pretty responsive. Recommend!

The support provided by Dimitar went far beyond my expectations. I initially had an issue that turned out not to be related to the app itself, yet he still took the time to explain the cause and even identified other issues that were interfering with the app’s performance.
