The customer service is incredibly fast and highly efficient. This is the first translation app I’ve switched to after using Google Translate, mainly because Google limits you to only two languages. This app is far more powerful and definitely worth the price.

I have been using this translation app for a couple of years and never had any issue with it. Recently due to some internal changes with how Shopify are storing and displaying the product options values, I had some issues with the translations as some were missing these option values. I reached out online to Sherpas Design Team and they were super efficient in locating the issue and helping me fixing it.
