I have been using this translation app for a couple of years and never had any issue with it. Recently due to some internal changes with how Shopify are storing and displaying the product options values, I had some issues with the translations as some were missing these option values. I reached out online to Sherpas Design Team and they were super efficient in locating the issue and helping me fixing it. I am very happy with the app and service rendered by Stoycho and I definitely recommend this app for other merchants.

I started using this App as my experience with Hextom was bad. Lots of bugs and Lags. This App is affordable, runs fluently and the customer support is very nice. If you have any questions, reach out to them, and they are pretty responsive. Recommend!
