The support team was very helpful and responsive. They clearly explained the limitations and provided an effective workaround for translating blog images using Custom Translations. They even increased our translation limit free of charge to support our needs. Really appreciate the professionalism and dedication. Highly recommended!

I have been using this translation app for a couple of years and never had any issue with it. Recently due to some internal changes with how Shopify are storing and displaying the product options values, I had some issues with the translations as some were missing these option values. I reached out online to Sherpas Design Team and they were super efficient in locating the issue and helping me fixing it. I am very happy with the app and service rendered by Stoycho and I definitely recommend this app for other merchants.
