I’ve had a frustrating experience using the Kaching Bundles app while setting up product bundles.

The main issue is that bundle grouping isn’t properly isolated. Instead of grouping only the specific products included in a bundle deal, unrelated products can sometimes get pulled into the same grouped view. This also causes discounts to appear merged, which makes the cart experience confusing and hard for customers to understand.

After contacting support, I was informed that this is currently the only available option for how bundle grouping works. In other words, there is no way to restrict grouping strictly to the exact products selected for a given bundle.

This is a significant limitation for standard bundle functionality, where bundled products are expected to be clearly grouped together within the same section, separate from unrelated items.

I hope this is improved in future updates. For now I switching to another bundle app
