TC Term and Condition Checkbox

This app is very simple to install and build / customize for a simple authorization check box not allowing the customer to move forward without accepting/acknowledging the conditions in which they are purchasing.

in the future, if they had an audit trail, that would be wonderful but if your process delineated, this should be sufficient for the merchant account to handle consumer conditions.
