This app has broken my website twice in less than 24 hours. This might not be a huge problem if they had 24/7 chat support, or if their support worked during US hours. Unfortunately, the current pattern is GoCart breaks my website > I use live chat to leave a message > they answer me and hopefully fix the problem in the middle of the night > by the time I realize they broke something else the next day, their support is offline again.
I'm currently trying to run a major BOGO sale and am totally handicapped by a) the poor quality of this app and b) the unavailability of support.
