Sorry for disappointing you! This is definitely not the level of service we hope to provide.

Your review has been a wake up call for us!

To set more context, your request came in on a weekend and our team mate had logged out for the day due to a health emergency (I'm not saying this as an excuse, I take full responsibility for this failure. And we are hiring more support staff to mitigate such issues, especially on weekends)

Though I tried to help you first thing on Monday, I realized your store is planning to use a non-native Shopify checkout in the near future which we don't support.

I would rather be upfront about this fact than leading you in and disappointing you down the lane when you wish to integrate the 3rd party checkout.

My sincere apologies! And, if you decide to stick with native Shopify checkout, kindly give us a second chance please!
