I’m glad we resolved this the same day. The default purchase option on your offer was set to subscription rather than one-time purchase. Each offer includes a one-time purchase option alongside subscription options, and the selected default is controlled by a single setting. We corrected it and made the app stricter so that this choice remains as the merchant sets it to prevent this issue happening for others in the future.

I’m genuinely sorry for the disruption this caused you and your customers.

Your message arrived overnight in my time zone, and I picked it up first thing the following morning. We had everything working again that day, and I also moved your widget to a clearer location.

We are a small team running a free app, so we can’t yet guarantee support during weekend nights yet, but are working towards exactly that. In the meantime, our in-app assistant can resolve most setup questions instantly, and anything it can’t solve reaches me first thing each morning.
