Super Subscriptions

As a print periodical we've been building our subscriber base using a different app that increased their cost 100% (unaffordable) and we needed to migrate our customers to a new app NOW. We loved the options available on Super Subscriptions and the developer Stefan is like a Super Hero. He swooped in and helped us migrate over 600 subscribers, handled any issues with super speed and even added custom code to our Shopify theme to make the widget work how we wanted. Highly recommend this app if you're new to subscriptions or just want a better, more affordable, option to process your subscription products! It's just pure awesomeness. Thanks Stefan!!

First of all it is regettably difficult to find out what different Shopify apps offer of functionality and eventual limitations. After a long search and meticulous tests of different apps, I finally found Super Simple Subscriptions that I will highly recommend to any shopowners wanting to offer subscriptions on their site. Everything was not in place from the first time, but by now the app is very comprehensive and yet - simple. It is rare meeting a developer with this insight, understanding and willingness to perform quick changes and adjustments to the better. Stefan is a champ and a very reliable companion in the (subscription) app universe. I look forward to further cooperation :-)

The interface is easy and the app works beautifully, enabling a monthly charge for our club service. And when small problems arose, the customer support was fantastic, with a real-life human on the line to help us troubleshoot our problem.

Update. Finished month 1 and have 5 subscriptions setup. Auto renewals have gone through without a hitch and the ability to move customers between tiers and payment dates is really easy! Love this app so far.

Subscription apps are not easy and can be frustrating to work with. For me it really comes down to the support they offer and this app delivers on the service side with 5 stars all the way. For a smaller shop/catalog this is by far the best way to get started with subscriptions.

Stefan and his team has been extremely patient, helpful, and prompt in getting my customers migrated to their app. They provided easy to follow instructions and did a painless migration service. After installing and trying out several subscription apps, I kept coming back to Super Subscription. I was going back and forth between Super Subscription and Shopify Subscription because I wanted a implementation that did not rely on external connections or was too costly. The deciding factor between the two was that Super Subscription allowed me to disable 'skip' and 'pause' subscription options. Thanks to Stephan for his patience and quick response to my questions!
