Supr Bundle & Subscription App

Really good app for managing subscriptions and bundles. We’re very happy with how easy to use and reliable it is, and the features have helped improve our customers’ shopping experience. The support team is also very responsive and fast at resolving our queries. Overall, we highly recommend this app!

Exceptional customer service!

I have a lot of trouble with technology and am not very "savvy" when it comes to these things. However, each and every time I reached out to customer support I was always greeted with kindness and patience.

They were never dismissive and always took the time to understand fully what my issues were and would take the time needed to explain to me (in detail) how to solve them.

I honestly was worried I was being a bother with how much I needed their help but they have helped me with every little detail and without complaint.

I was extremely stressed out when some "issues" arose in my store but they very promptly fixed all the bugs and exceeded my expectations of what I wanted done!

I am excited to continuing using this app and feel it will benefit our business greatly and enhance our workflow as well!

THIS APP IS A HIDDEN GEM! I tried at least 7 other subscription apps before this, and was soooo frustrated until I chanced upon Super. 2-in-1 subscriptions & bundling, and fully customizable widgets. Literally plug & play and it looks beautiful. The BEST PART has got to be the support I got from a REAL HUMAN (thank you Shekhar!) that fixed everything over chat instantly. Seriously, this performs way better than most of the paid apps out there. THANK YOU!

Great app straight out of the box, but easily customizable. Fantastic that it is shopify native which means it works perfectly with my store. Customer service is impeccable, Shekhar and Stefan go above and beyond to ensure every requirement one has is resolved quickly(never seen a rollout coming out so fast after a request for a feature/edit has been made). All in all fantastic app. Would recommend !!

The widget looks beautiful right out of the box and it is highly customizable. Their team even customized it to match my theme for me, at no cost. Support has been very responsive too. They fixed a display issue quickly and explained exactly what was happening. Solid app!

We've been using Super Subscriptions for over a year and a half. Stefan and the team have been incredible to work with from day one. The few issues we had early on were resolved fast, and we haven't had a single problem in over a year. You'll quickly notice they have a real knack for design too. The app and customer portal look beautiful out of the box. Can't recommend Super Subscriptions enough.

Works great, handles our subscription orders really well. Understanding how it works is sometimes a bit tricky and not always clear, but when you chat with Super Subscriptions personnel, you actually get answers from a real person, the answers are good and fairly quick, so I recommend it!

Only been using it for a couple days but so far it's great. Loving the ease of use on the widgets and customisation.
