The simple fact is that can you directly integrate live shipping rates from your apps (such as, Eniture, or any freight calculator) into Google Merchant Center.
Hi Wiping Hub. I see that you simultaneously opened a support case. Thank you for doing that. We'll use it to request additional information from you so the circumstances of the "first click" behavior you reported can be properly investigated.
Regarding the Google Merchant Center... It does not adequately handle shipping for anything other than what it refers to as "common carriers" (E.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS). I'll refer you to the following document to Google's Merchant Center Help:
