I have been using this app for the past 3 months, and every time a new issue keeps coming up. Your support team takes an unreasonably long time to resolve even basic problems, and this time the issue hasn’t been fixed at all.

On top of that, you are continuously adding unjustified charges. Your Business Plan clearly states a limit of 500 carts per month. However, in the last 3 months, my total usage has only been 1,035 carts — which means I have used roughly 300 carts per month. Despite this, your system is falsely showing that I have used 4,775 carts, which is completely incorrect.

Not only that, you have also blocked my new carts without any valid reason. This is unacceptable.

This behavior is highly misleading and appears to be a scam. You advertise one limit, but once a user subscribes, you arbitrarily change the limits and charge extra without justification.

I have been trying to contact your support team for several days, but now you have completely stopped responding.

This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect an immediate correction of this issue and a clear explanation for these false charges.

I apologise for the experience you had with our app over the past three months, including ongoing issues and your recent frustration.

We recognise that fixing these technical problems has taken too long, causing significant disruption to your business.

While the resolution has been slow, our support team has been actively communicating with you daily to EXPLAIN what is the cause and TRY to troubleshoot and work toward a permanent fix. We are not ignoring your concerns; resolving your account issues and correcting charges is our top priority.

We are still working on a stable solution and will provide an update in our email thread shortly.
