Kaching CartDrawer Cart Upsell

I was having issues understanding how to set up my cart drawer. I reached out to customer service and once Dominykas entered the chat, he patiently walked me through step-by-step how to set up my cart drawer. He even sent videos to show me exactly where the buttons were located and what I should be seeing once I press the buttons. I don't think I would have figured it out. without his help. I will continue to use Kaching products based on the customer service alone. Their customer service is constituently great across the board, no matter which app you are using. Dominykas didn't rush me off the line. He waited patiently for me to complete each step to make sure everything was good on my end. I now have a better understanding of how to add upsells to my cart and how to navigate the app due to Dominykas great customer service, patience, and understanding.
