Suddenly this is not working properly! Everyone is blocked from accessing our store so we've removed the app. We can't wait 24 hours or more for someone to get back to us.
We're sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand the frustration. We did release an update to improve our on-site content protection, though we haven't received similar reports from any other stores using the app.
We do want to clarify that we never received a support request from you. We actually reached out to you within 30 minutes of your uninstall to try to understand and resolve the issue, but unfortunately we weren't given the chance to help before the app was removed.
We've been in touch since and would still love the opportunity to dig into what happened and make it right for you.
